Stopped by Tandy Hills during lunch yesterday since I was in the area. Unfortunately, the only camera I had was on my phone.
Not two weeks ago the trout lilies were beginning to bloom out at Tandy Hills. In the two weeks since then most the flowers are on their way out and wilting. I happened across this little guy. It had to be one of the first ones to flower as it already has a seed pod forming on it.

On my way out, I found another patch of lilies not far from here. I looked around but didn’t find any flowers.
